At their Monday, Sept. 17, 2018 Regular Meeting, City Council Members received a presentation of the Fire & Rescue Services annual report from Fire Chief Eugene Campbell Jr., unanimously approved the Fiscal Year 2019 General Fund Budget (Oct. 1, 2018 to Sept. 30, 2019) on the first and final reading, held a second and final public hearing on the City’s proposed property tax rate of up to $0.63000; and held a public hearing to receive comments regarding the proposed groundwater pumpage fee recommended by the Groundwater Reduction Plan (GRP) Oversight Committee.
